General
Faces is sensitive to the private nature of information you provide to us over
the Internet and is committed to respecting the privacy of its clients and
individuals who access our services. This Privacy Policy generally describes
how we treat information received about you.
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully.
Information We Collect
Personally Identifiable Information. When you register at Faces-me.com, and at
other times, we will be collecting personally identifiable information from you
that tells us specifically who you are. Once you register with Faces and sign
in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. The personally identifiable
information we collect ranges from limited personal data such as name, age,
address and e-mail address to facts about you such as your interest or hobbies.
In many cases we need this information to provide the personalized or enhanced
services that you have requested. You do not have to answer these questions,
and you can decline this exchange of information on any site on the Internet -
not just ours - at any time. However, if you choose to withhold the requested
information, we may not be able to provide you with some of the services
dependent upon the collection of the information.
Web Site Usage Information. Our web servers automatically collect Web Site
usage information from you every time you visit our Web Site. Examples of such
information include the URL of the Web page you were just on, the Internet
Protocol address of the computer you are using, or the browser version you are
using to access our site. Web Site usage information informs us about how our
visitors and clients use and navigate our Web Sites, including the number and
frequency of visitors to each web page, and the length of their stays. All of
this information is collected by Faces and is used to help improve our
offerings to you.
How We Use Information Collected
We may combine the personally identifiable information we collect from you on
our Web Sites with other information about you that is available to us,
including Web Site usage information and information from other sources. We may
use this information to process, validate and verify requests for products and
services and for the purposes for which you specifically provided the
information; to send you e-mail notifications of new Web Site features and
topic-based alerts; to provide you with personalized content; to develop new
features and services for our users; to improve the content and navigation on
our Web Site; to alert you to new products and services and special offers; to
provide advertisers with aggregate information about our user base and usage
patterns; to allow us to personalize the advertising users see based on their
personal characteristics or preferences; to allow management to communicate
with you; and to allow you to participate in online bulletin boards,
classifieds, contests and other community tools we may offer.
We may also share part or all of the information we collect, as described
above, with our partners, affiliates and other third parties to help us improve
our content, to provide you with goods or services that have been requested,
and to alert you to new products and special offers. We may share part or all
of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform
marketing services on our behalf.
We may use third-party advertising services on our Web Sites. We may match
patterns of usage that our consumers exhibit on any Web Site where we serve
advertising to create "behavioral profiles" about our users. The creation of a
behavioral profile allows Faces to statistically model the demographic
characteristics of an otherwise anonymous user, without ever knowing that
user's name or other personally identifiable information about them. These
behavioral profiles are used to target advertising-primarily banners-to those
anonymous users. Faces does not use personal data characteristics such as your
name, address or phone number to create these behavioral profiles but rather
uses primary demographic characteristics such as your age or gender. Through
the use of behavioral profiles, Faces can serve advertising to our customers
that is more likely to be for products they would want.
We may also use personally identifiable information to enforce our legal rights
or share such information with governmental authorities when legally required
to do so or at the request of a governmental authority investigating a crime.
We reserve the right to contact you at any time regarding service-related
problems or questions, changes to our Privacy Policy, or to other policies that
affect you and your use of our Web Site. We also reserve the right to contact
you if compelled to do so as part of a legal proceeding or if we believe
necessary in connection with an investigation of any activity that is illegal
or may expose us to legal liability. Faces is retaining these rights because in
limited cases we feel that we may need the right to contact you as a matter of
law or regarding matters that will be important to you. These rights do not
allow us to contact you to market a new or existing service if you have asked
us not to do so.
We may aggregate Web Site usage information or aggregate personal information,
and use such aggregated, anonymous information for marketing and promotional
purpose in order to improve our Web Site.
Your Ability to Choose
Faces offers you the ability to control the email communications we make to you.
It is our intention to give you as much control over our relationship as
possible. It is your choice to share personally identifiable information with
Faces Interactive and we encourage you to consider only sharing information
with any site on the Internet if you receive true value in exchange for that
information transfer and if you respect the privacy practices of the firm.
Opt Out. You can let us know that you do not wish to have us share your
personally identifiable information with third parties (other than sharing of
information with development partners and to the extent necessary to fulfill
your request for products or services, to government authorities, as described
above, or as permitted by law) by opting out at any time by contacting us at
optout@Faces-me.com. You can also opt out of receiving any future promotional
emails we send you by following the procedure set forth in those emails.
Links to affiliated or third party Web Sites. We may make content from
affiliated Web Sites or other third-party Web Sites available to you from links
located on our own Web Site. These Web Sites are not subject to this Privacy
Policy. We recommend that you review the Privacy policy at each such Web Site
to determine how that Web Site protects your privacy.
Cookies
Faces does not make use of browser cookies.
Some of our business partners may from time to time use cookies on our site.
However, we have no access to or control over these cookies and they are not
subject to this Privacy Policy.
Security
The personally identifiable information we collect about you is stored in
limited access servers. We operate secure data networks protected by industry
standard firewall and password protection system and maintain physical,
electronic and procedural safeguards to guard the integrity and privacy of
these servers and of your personally identifiable information. Except as
otherwise provided above, we restrict access to the information we collect
about you, as described above, to those employees and other parties that need
to know the information to provide products or services to you.

You may review and update the personally identifiable information/registration
information you provide to us by contacting us at support@Faces-me.com.
